Who we are
Webonika is an applied AI studio based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy covers the website at webonika.com. Contact: info@webonika.com. The Kepton app has its own policy at /kepton/privacy.
Data we collect
Forms
When you use our contact or early-access forms we collect what you enter: name, business name, email, phone, and your message. Forms are sent through Web3Forms to our email inbox.
Newsletter
If you sign up to a newsletter, we collect your email address to send updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and processes data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and your IP address. You can opt out with a browser setting or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps server logs including IP address and request details for security and operations.
Third-party content
We load Google Fonts, and our contact page embeds Google Maps. These services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
WhatsApp links
If you click a WhatsApp link, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Why we use your data

Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, then delete them. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above who help us run the site, and where the law requires.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have rights to access information about your data, correct or erase it, withdraw consent, and seek grievance redressal. To exercise any of these, email info@webonika.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data through it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
