Voice AI and AI calling agents
We build voice agents that make and take routine calls (lead qualification, appointment booking, reminders, feedback) in natural conversation, and hand every hot lead to your team with a summary.
Why voice still matters
In India, a phone call is still the fastest way to reach most customers, and the first few minutes after a lead comes in decide whether it converts. Yet sales teams spend much of their day dialling numbers that do not answer, asking the same qualifying questions, and chasing confirmations. A voice agent takes that repetitive layer off your team: it calls every new lead quickly, asks the qualifying questions, books the next step and logs everything, so your people only speak to prospects who are ready.
What our voice agents do
- Inbound lead qualification. Call new leads from your website, Meta and Google ads, IndiaMART or JustDial shortly after they arrive, ask your qualifying questions and score the lead.
- Appointment booking and reminders. Book site visits, demos, test drives, consultations and admissions counselling directly into a calendar, then call or message to confirm.
- Outbound follow-ups. Re-engage old leads, renewal reminders, payment reminders and event invitations, within the hours and consent rules you set.
- Inbound call handling. Answer routine questions about timings, prices, order status and directions around the clock, and transfer to a person when the caller asks or the topic needs it.
- Feedback and surveys. Post-service feedback calls with structured results in a dashboard.
How a voice agent works
Each call combines three AI components. Speech-to-text transcribes what the caller says in real time. A language model, guided by your script, knowledge base and rules, decides what to say next and when to take an action such as booking a slot. Text-to-speech replies in a natural voice. Telephony connects it all to normal phone numbers through a cloud telephony provider. After the call, the agent writes a transcript, a summary, the answers to your qualifying questions and a lead score into your CRM.
We design for Indian conversations: English, Hindi and Hinglish by default, with Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and others where quality allows, plus handling of interruptions, background noise and callers who switch language mid-sentence.
Guardrails we build in
- Clear disclosure. The agent identifies itself as an automated assistant calling on your behalf.
- Consent and calling rules. Calls go only to contacts who enquired or opted in, within permitted hours, with do-not-call handling and TRAI rules in mind.
- Scope limits. The agent only discusses topics you approve, never invents prices or commitments, and escalates anything outside its script.
- Warm handover. When a caller wants a person or a lead is hot, the call can be transferred live or a callback is scheduled with full context.
- Quality review. Every call is recorded and transcribed, and we review samples regularly to improve the script and catch problems.
Cost and return
Voice agents are usually priced per minute of conversation plus a setup and maintenance fee. The return comes from three places: faster first contact on every lead, more leads reached per day without adding headcount, and your sales team spending its time on qualified conversations. We break down the cost model and how to calculate ROI for your own funnel in AI voice agents for lead qualification: cost and ROI.
Integrations
We connect voice agents to the CRM you already use (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquared, or a custom CRM), to Google Calendar or your booking system, to your lead sources, and to WhatsApp for follow-up messages. If you have no CRM yet, we can set up a lightweight one as part of our custom software work, with a workflow automation layer for follow-ups.
Who uses voice AI
Voice agents fit any business with a high volume of inbound enquiries and a short list of qualifying questions: coaching institutes and schools handling admissions enquiries, real estate developers booking site visits, lenders and insurance distributors pre-qualifying applicants, clinics and diagnostic labs booking appointments, gyms following up on trial members, and B2B manufacturers qualifying trade enquiries.
Frequently asked questions
Will callers know they are speaking to an AI?
Yes. We recommend, and build by default, a clear disclosure at the start of each call that the caller is speaking with an automated assistant on your behalf. Callers can ask for a person at any time.
Which languages can the voice agent speak?
English, Hindi and Hinglish work well by default. Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and other Indian languages are supported where speech quality meets the bar for your use case, which we test before launch.
How much does an AI calling agent cost?
Pricing usually combines a one-time setup fee, a per-minute usage charge for telephony and AI, and an annual maintenance fee. The total depends on call volume, call length, languages and integrations. Our cost and ROI article explains the model.
Can the agent book appointments in our calendar?
Yes. The agent can check availability and book directly into Google Calendar or your booking system, then send a confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp and call again with a reminder.
Is AI calling legal in India?
Automated calls to people who enquired or gave consent are common practice, but you must follow TRAI rules on commercial communication, calling hours and do-not-call preferences, and data protection law. We build these controls in and recommend you confirm your obligations with your legal adviser.
What happens when the AI cannot answer a question?
It says it will check, logs the question, and either transfers the call to a person or schedules a callback with the transcript and summary, so nothing is lost and the caller is not misled.
