Teachers and coaching faculty lose hours each week to work that is not teaching: writing quizzes and worksheets, setting papers, drafting report-card remarks, and answering the same parent questions. Quality suffers when time is short, and good teachers burn out on admin.

It uses generative AI grounded in your content, using retrieval-augmented generation, to reduce hallucination.

Data and privacy
Student and parent data is personal data, and children's data needs particular care. We plan for explicit consent, collecting only what is needed, and access limited to your staff. Obligations under India's DPDP Act 2023 depend on your situation, so confirm with your adviser. Our website's privacy policy covers this site only.

Is Webonika for Schools available now?
Not yet. It is in development and we are running early access with a small number of coaching institutes and schools.
Does the AI use my own question bank and notes?
Yes. It generates from the material you provide, and the teacher reviews and approves everything before it is used.
Can it write report card comments?
It drafts them from marks and teacher notes. A teacher edits and approves each one.
Will it message parents automatically?
It can send routine updates such as attendance, fee reminders and test results over channels like WhatsApp Business, with consent. Teachers approve templates first.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is not final. It is planned per student per month, and early-access institutes will hear from us directly.
Is student data safe?
We design for consent and minimal data. Confirm your obligations under the DPDP Act with your own adviser. We will share a full data-handling note before any pilot.
