Five ways to work with us. We quote a fixed price after discovery, so you know the cost before you commit to the build.
How we price
We do not publish a rate card, because two projects that sound alike can differ a lot in effort. A document AI project for clean, typed invoices is much lighter than one for handwritten forms in three languages. Instead, we explain what moves the price, then give you a fixed quote you can approve with confidence.

1. Fixed-price discovery and prototype
A short discovery session finds the workflow worth automating first. We then build a working prototype on a sample of your data. You see accuracy and time saved before approving a larger spend. This is the lowest-risk way to start.
2. Project build
Once the prototype proves out, we quote the production build as a fixed price with a clear scope, timeline and acceptance criteria. Changes outside scope are quoted separately before work starts.
3. Annual maintenance contract (AMC)
After go-live we monitor accuracy, fix issues, retrain models and make small changes. This is where much of the long-term value comes from, because your data and processes keep changing.
4. Usage-based pricing for voice and AI
For voice agents the running cost follows call minutes. For document AI it follows pages processed. Usage-based pricing keeps cost proportional to value. See voice agent cost and ROI for how to work out your own numbers.
5. Subscription products
Webonika Fitness is priced per member per month for gyms. Webonika for Schools will be priced per student per month. Kepton is a consumer app on Google Play.
What drives the cost
- Data quality and volume. Clean, consistent inputs cost less to handle than messy ones.
- Accuracy needed. Higher accuracy targets need more labelled data and review tooling.
- Integrations. Connecting to Tally, Zoho, an ERP or WhatsApp Business adds effort.
- Hardware. Cameras and edge devices for vision projects are an additional cost.
- Languages and channels. Voice in multiple Indian languages costs more than one.
- Compliance. Handling personal data under the DPDP Act adds design and review work.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an AI project cost in India?
It depends on scope, data quality and integrations. A narrow automation costs far less than a multi-camera vision system. We give a fixed quote after a short discovery, so you are not guessing.
Do you offer fixed-price AI projects?
Yes. Discovery with a prototype is fixed price, and we quote the production build as a fixed price once the prototype shows what is needed.
What is an AMC and do I need one?
An annual maintenance contract covers monitoring, bug fixes, retraining and small changes after go-live. AI systems drift as your data changes, so we recommend one for anything in production.
How is voice AI priced?
Usually per minute of conversation plus a setup fee, because telephony and speech costs scale with call volume. We estimate your monthly volume during discovery.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, GST applies as per Indian rules and is shown separately on quotes and invoices. Confirm treatment for your case with your adviser.
Can I start small and expand later?
Yes, that is our preferred approach. Start with one workflow, prove the value, then add more under the same platform.
