Many AI projects fail on small, practical details that a screen share will not show: glare on a polished part, a dusty camera mount, a supervisor who prefers paper, or a network that drops at the far end of a shed. Visiting your site lets us catch these early. It also builds trust with the people who will use the system every day, which matters more than any model choice.
Because we are in the same region, follow-up visits are quick. If a camera needs repositioning or a new product variant needs images, we can usually be on site without long travel or delay. For other work, such as reviews and demos, a video call is enough.
We keep scope honest. If AI is not the right answer for a process, or a simple spreadsheet fix will do, we will say so during discovery. A short, candid first conversation costs you little and often clears up what is worth building.
How we price local projects
We quote a fixed price for the discovery and prototype phase, so you know the cost of finding out whether an idea works. Meeting your team
Before any visit, we send a short list of what we would like to see and who we would like to meet, so the day is useful and does not disrupt your operations. We respect plant rules, safety requirements and confidentiality. Where needed, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before seeing sensitive processes or data. After the visit, you receive a short written summary so that everyone, from the owner to the supervisor, shares the same understanding of the problem and the plan.
